During his educational career, Wardell earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University in 1981 and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School in 1986. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Loveland has also been voted one of the top 100 Super Lawyers for Northern California for the last three years.
