Mark K. Harder, a partner with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to the State Laws Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
HOLLAND, MI, January 06, 2012 /Law and Legal PR News/ -- Mark K. Harder, a partner with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been appointed to the State Laws Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Harder, who concentrates his practices in trusts and estates law, will serve his fifth one-year term on the committee. He was elected to ACTEC in 2006. ACTEC membership and appointment is by invitation only to experienced trusts and estates attorneys recognized as having made substantial contributions to the field through lecturing, writing and Bar activities.
Active personally and professionally, Harder is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of Michigan, where he serves as chair-elect for the Council of the Probate and Estate Planning Section. He served as treasurer of Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises and was a past board member.
Harder has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2005. He has also been named a Michigan Super Lawyer.
Harder has held leadership and board positions with numerous organizations, including the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Women in Transition.
